Plaintiff, a 30 year old woman, was 7 months pregnant. She slipped and fell down hard on her tail bone. The impact split fractured her pelvis. Baby was o.k. After taking the deposition of the meat cutter, they settled for $175,000. Her prior attorney tried to get her to settle for $50,000. Her medical expenses alone were $70,000.

Slip & Fall Accident
